I know it has been awhile since I have posted a food blog post or much of any post. I have been trying to get back to a “new normal” since my mom passed away, which hasn’t been easy but I know that she would want me to continue doing what I really enjoy to do, so I am excited to get back to food blogging and sharing my recipes with you all again. My mom always cooked and loved to cook, so I get it after her. 🙂
I made Buffalo Chicken two ways! You can have it as Buffalo Chicken Zucchini Boats, or Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Shells. Both are yummy! This is not that spicy. The cream cheese evens the buffalo sauce out, but it does have a little kick to it but NOT much at all! This is coming from a person that doesn’t really like spicy things. Here is the recipe!
