So, who doesn’t love homemade spaghetti every once in awhile!? You can now eat spaghetti that is low carb and with a lean meat! See my recipe below! 🙂 It is so simple and took about 45 minutes total!

Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti

Enjoy this easy, low-carb delicious dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Ground Turkey
  • 1 Container Ragu Traditional Sauce
  • 1/2 Diced Yellow Onion
  • 2 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to your liking
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional if you want a little spice)
  • 1 Spaghetti Squash
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Push meat, then manual on your instant pot to get it preheated. Pour 1 cup in the instant pot, don’t put the lid on yet. 

  2. Wash the spaghetti squash, cut it in half (dig out the seeds), then put it in the instant pot. Put the lid on, cook for 15 minutes.  

  3. Saute 2 Tsp. Minced Garlic and 1/2 of the diced onion in about 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Once this is sautéed, add the ground turkey. 

  4. Add the Ragu sauce once meat is cooked. Add 1 Tsp. of Italian seasoning, pepper, and a little bit of crushed red pepper if you like a little spice! Put a lid on and let this cook/simmer. 

  5. Once the spaghetti squash is done, let the Instant Pot vent. To make the noodles, just use a fork to get it out. All done! Serve with the meat sauce! 

  6. I made green beans and garlic bread with this!
