Ingredients

  • 4 Avocados
  • Cilantro (I get the fresh cilantro that you chop yourself)
  • 1 Tomato (you can do the grape tomatoes or roma tomato)
  • Garlic Powder to your liking
  • Salt & Pepper to your liking
  • 1 Lime

Instructions

  1. Cut all avocados and put them in a bowl. Smash the avocados (add a tsp. or so of water if needed).

  2. Cut about half of the tomato into small cubes. Add it to the avocados. Stir well.

  3. Rinse and chop up the cilantro. I use a chopper, but if you don’t have one a knife will do the job! Add the cilantro and stir well. I put about a handful into mine after chopping– I love cilantro though. So, just do to your tasting.

  4. Squeeze about 2 tsp. or so of lime juice into it! Do to your liking. I use a fresh lime or lime juice in the bottle. Either one works! Fresh lime is always better though.

  5. Season with garlic powder, salt & pepper to your liking!

    — If you like it spicy, you can add a little bit of a chopped poblano or jalapeno pepper!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This easy, buffalo chicken dip actually came about as I was making stuffed buffalo chicken jalapeños! I had left over mixture so I turned the rest into a dip and it was a hit! It has a little bit of a kick but not much with the cheese and ranch in it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Grilled & Ready Tyson Chicken Strips
  • 1/2 cup Light Sour Cream
  • 1 package 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 cup Ranch
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. For reference, here are the ingredients. I forgot to add the “Tyson all-natural Ready & Grilled Chicken Strips” in this. I just used about a cup of that.

  2. Soften the cream cheese, mix it with 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce, 1/3 cup of ranch, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1 Tbsp of parmesan cheese. Stir well.

  3. Stir in 1 cup of the grilled & ready chicken strips. I just microwaved the chicken in a glass bowl beforehand and chopped it up afterwards.

  4. Mix everything well together. Spray a baking dish with PAM then put in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Top with parsley if wanted. I served it with Tostitos!
