I love the city of Nashville and everything about it! It is the perfect weekend getaway, girls trip, etc.! There is so much to do, so many fun places to go too, and SO many good restaurants to choose from! Below are some of my favorites!! I am sure I will add to this post as I visit Nashville more! 🙂 Please let me know if you have any questions or want some more travel tips to Nashville, Tennessee!
1. Bar Taco
I love this place!! It is definitely a tourist place due to the location and the popularity of it, but it is so worth it! It is street style tacos with delicious dips/sides! They have awesome drinks as well if you are wanting to get a cocktail, etc. All drinks are made fresh and in-house, so I even liked that part more! The atmosphere is so fun and it is a great spot to have lunch at and shop!
2. Mas Tacos
This place is hard to beat as well. It is street style tacos! If you are looking for more of a casual grab and eat spot for tacos, this is your place. Its not fancy, but the food is phenomenal. These were some of the best tacos I’ve ever had! Also, when I visited each taco was like $3!! Every time I visit, I am always wanting to go back to Mas Tacos!
3. The Pharmacy
So, for some reason the pictures from this restaurant have disappeared. But, this is the BEST spot to get a burger! They had the best burger I have probably ever had! The service was great. This place is actually right across the street from Mas Tacos.
4. The Stillery
I can not say enough good things about this place (or probably all of the restaurants I am listing)! Haha! Everyone LOVED their food here and the service was so great. We went here for lunch and I shared a pizza with a girl friend. It was one of the best pizzas I have had. Everything was so fresh and tasty!
5. Party Fowl
This is your Nashville Hot Chicken place! They have a variety of things to pick from and everything was so good!! I even just got the chicken wings tossed in bbq sauce and loved them!
6. The Grilled Cheeserie
This place is perfect for lunch! Originally, they started it in a food truck and now they have this great location. Their specialty grilled cheeses were so good and not to mention it is connected to one of The Juice Bar’s (YUM)!
7. The Juice Bar
My FAVORITE! If you love healthy options, this is your place!! I am obsessed with The Juice Bar and all of their juices/smoothies! Everything here is so good and refreshing!!
8. Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream
This ice cream shop is so fun and yummy!! They have all different kinds of flavors to pick from and it is all homemade! Definitely go if you are wanting some ice cream! 🙂 One of the locations are by Bar Taco!
9. Five Daughters Bakery
To be honest, I have not bought anything from here, but the people I have been with have! I am not a huge fan of donuts, but everyone LOVES this place and it is so cute for some pictures! They do have a few other options rather than donuts/cake donuts! The last time I went in there they had some cookies that looked awesome!
10. Rock Bottom Brewery
This is at the end of Broadway street! The food was great and the drinks were even better! They have a great drink menu for those who are wanting to sit down in a nice area before going out.
11. Acme Feed & Seed
This place had a very cool atmosphere and it is 3 stories! The food was good, but I am not sure if I would want to eat here again.
12. The Pancake Pantry
This is going to sound crazy since Nashville is a hot spot for brunch places, but this is the only “brunch” place I have been too in Nashville! It is a tourist place to go too so it is packed and be expected to stand in line for an hour or longer unless you get there when its really early! The pancakes were so good though, so was the experience, so I would recommend this spot!
I think that this is all for now!! Enjoy and safe travels if you are going soon!! Please feel free to comment below, or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions on traveling to Nashville, TN!
Happy Travel Tuesday!!
