My Tasty Tuesday recipe for this week is one of my absolute favorites!! This Zesty Lemon Baked Salmon came from me wanting a different and flavorful healthy lean meat dish! I bake salmon a lot so I am always looking for ways to change it up and me throwing seasonings together and hoping for the best turned out to be so yummy!

Zesty Lemon Baked Salmon
Zesty Lemon Baked Salmon recipe that will want you to make it more often! A new healthy and tasty recipe that I came about as I threw seasoning together and I ended up loving it. It was also a hit over here! Surprise your family/guests with this delicious meal!
- 1 Package Frozen Skinless Salmon Filets
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Weber’s Zesty Lemon Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Tony’s Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Pepper (or to your liking)
- 1 Lemon (Slice, squeeze on to salmon filets before baking)
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees. Leave Salmon out for 6 hours to thaw. Prepare a piece of aluminum foil for the salmon.
Put the salmon in the aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil over each filet. Season evenly with 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp of Tony’s and 1/2 Tbsp of Zesty Lemon Seasoning. Flip the salmon and use 1/2 Tbsp of Zesty Lemon seasoning on other side. Squeeze the lemon juice on each salmon filet and put a slice of butter on each salmon filet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes. All done!!
For a side, I just sautéed Zucchini!
